HOW DO WE BOOK?     
 
The next step in booking SP for your wedding is to reach out to us here. This is where you will introduce yourselves and tell us about your awesome wedding! If we have your wedding date available, we will send you a full PDF of all of our package and pricing information. This PDF will also act as a contract between us. If you are interested in moving forward, we will send you a link to fill out the contract electronically.
Next, a retainer fee of 30% of the selected package price is required in order to lock in your date. The remaining balance will be due 1 week before the date of your wedding. Please remember SP cannot reserve the wedding date until the deposit and signed agreement are received. We know this wedding stuff can be a strain on your wallet, so be sure to ask us about payment plans.


 
DO YOU TRAVEL?     
 
Absolutely! We love to travel- why not shoot a beautiful wedding while doing it? No travel fees will incur for weddings within 1 hour of driving distance from Chattanooga, TN. A travel fee of $0.55 per mile will be added for locations more than an hour away. Any location 3 or more hours away will require a one night hotel stay (the night of the wedding). An additional night may be added depending on distance of location(s) and start and end time of wedding. Every travel situation is different, so those are details we can hammer out in the booking process.



HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY FILM?     
 
Post-production on your wedding film is a very detailed process. It's not just putting clips together to music - it is striving to capture the incredible love two people have for each other and trying to evoke that same emotion on the screen. We pore over every detail from picking out the right music, to finding those perfect frames of when the groom looks at his bride in that special way. Your wedding film is a cherished souvenir - and it should be treated that way. I usually tell my clients to expect anywhere between 4-8 weeks (depending on the package). During peak wedding season, the delivery turnaround time may be longer. Either way, I will communicate with you every step of the way. 



HOW WILL MY FILM BE DELIVERED?     
 
Your film(s) will be delivered to you through an online platform called VidFlow™. A link will be sent leading you to a custom site with a beautiful, easy-to-access layout of your films with a video player that comes with built-in support for Chromecast & Apple Airplay to view your film on TVs. This site will also have all of your source files to download and archive offline. You will also get a Vimeo and Facebook link to immediately  share with all of your family and friends! USB thumb drives, hard drives, DVD's and Blu-Ray's can also be added on, if you desire! Click here to learn more about VidFlow™.



HOW IS MUSIC CHOSEN, CAN I PICK THE MUSIC?     
 
Music plays such an important part in our films. We usually spend hours upon hours trying to find the right music to match the tone of the day. We license all of our music so we can use it in your film legally. That being said, we would absolutely welcome your input on the song selection. We will give you access to the song libraries we like to use and you can then create your own wish list of tunes that we can chose from to layer under your beautiful highlight film!



DO YOU OFFER RAW FOOTAGE?   
 
Yes! The RAW footage hard drive add-on can be added to your package when you're filling out the contract. This add-on is exactly what it says it is - RAW footage on a hard drive. RAW footage means it is the original files (untouched, uncolored, etc.) We take the original files and organize the footage into an easy-to-navigate folder structure to view at your convenience. 
 
We shoot everything in 4k resolution, which means that the file sizes are larger and it takes more computer power to play these files back in real-time and not choppy. A good work-around for this is to put all of the footage on one timeline and make it into one continuous video that you can watch on a laptop or blu-ray player to relive your entire day. This eliminates the possibility of your computer not being able to handle the files - and you don't have to go through hundreds of files to find the clips you want to watch. The cost of this service varies depending on the amount of footage, but usually cost around $500.
